With busy wedding seasons and the career change that's been happening in between them (in case you havent heard, I'm a pretty badass real estate agent now), it has been way, way, WAY too long since I have shot something for the fun of it. After what seemed like the longest winter ever, those beautiful tree blossoms were just screaming at me to do something with them. To be fair, they scream at me every spring, but this year I just finally was able to do something about it.
If you think Kelly looks familiar, she is actually the sister of one of my favorite people to photograph, Randi, whom I've worked with many times- you may recognize her from this post! I've been wanting to shoot the two of them together for some time (which hasn't quite happened yet, but I'm not giving up!) but I was thrilled when Kelly was able to accommodate my last minute request to stuff her into some trees and make something pretty. While from a distance, I'm sure we looked absolutely hilarious (there were ladders involved in some of these) she was an absolute trooper and we got some beautiful images. This was my first time working with Kelly, but I think it's safe to say, it won't be the last.
